Michael L. Madigan is professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Texas A&M University. In a broad sense, his research group aims to help people live longer, happier and healthier lives by studying human motion. More specifically, work in his lab focuses on the underlying factors contributing to mobility impairment, balance problems and falls. Related to CRHTS, his research also encompasses work outside of the lab, including assessing human movement and developing exercise interventions for injury prevention.
