Research Interests

Arum Han is associate professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University. He also is a joint faculty member of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Texas A&M and a faculty member of the Texas A&M Health Science Center and the Texas A&M Institute for Neuroscience. His research interests focus on solving grand challenge problems in the broad areas of health and energy through the use of micro/nano systems technologies. His work in these areas has primarily focused on the development of organ-on-a-chip microphysiological systems for drug development and toxicological screening, development of high throughput single-cell resolution physio-chemical analysis platforms, and development of point-of-care diagnosis systems.
